🥪 The Menu:
Best-In-Class Sandwiches & Healthy Options

What makes Fatback’s sandwiches different from other Loop sandwich shops?

Fatback Butcher bridges the gap between fast-casual convenience and chef-driven quality. We don’t serve standard deli meat. As an artisan butcher concept, our sandwiches feature butcher-quality, premium meats—like the shaved steak in our best-selling signature hot sandwich and the house-made spicy Italian meatballs.

What are your most popular lunch items?

Our signature Hot Steak Sandwich (featuring premium shaved steak, melted cheese, and crispy potato chips right in the sandwich) is our most popular item. For a hearty classic, our Spicy Italian Meatball Sub is a Loop favorite.

Do you offer healthy, low-carb, or GLP-1 friendly lunch options?

Yes. For those looking for lean, high-protein lunches, our Signature Whole Rotisserie Chicken and our vibrant, protein-packed salads are highly popular. These options are nutrient-dense, filling, and perfectly aligned with keto, low-carb, and GLP-1 companion diets.

Can I buy retail meats and provisions at Fatback Butcher?

Yes! True to our name, Fatback operates as a modern artisan butcher and market. In addition to our hot lunch menu, you can shop our market for high-quality provisions, premium cuts of meat, and house-made specialties.

Is Fatback a good option to grab dinner after work?

Absolutely. If you are commuting home from the Loop, stop by our market on Wacker Drive to pick up our Signature Whole Rotisserie Chicken and fresh deli sides. It is the perfect, high-quality, grab-and-go dinner solution to take home to the family after a long day at the office. We offer wine and beer too!

🏢 Corporate Catering:
Boardrooms & Office Lunches

  • Premium Boxed Lunches: Individually packaged gourmet meals perfect for working lunches, seminars, or team training sessions.

Is Fatback Catering appropriate for high-stakes client meetings?

Yes. We created Fatback Catering specifically because Loop boardrooms needed an option between uninspired, basic deli platters and the fuss of fine dining. Serving Fatback tells your clients that you deal in quality. Our food is impressive, memorable, and perfectly suited for executive environments.

For catering orders up to $500, you can simply order online with 4-hours notice.

However, we know the corporate world moves fast—if you have a last-minute boardroom emergency, please call us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate.
