Yes. We provide dedicated delivery throughout the Chicago Loop and surrounding neighborhoods throughout Chicago. Delivery fees are based on the distance and order size.
We frequently deliver to offices near the Willis Tower, the Merchandise Mart, AON Center, and throughout the Wacker Drive corridor.
Catering orders may be placed online for pickup or delivery by clicking this link or you may visit our catering page and connect with a catering specialist.
Catering orders are delivered for a flat fee by our third party partners when ordered online and can be ordered just 4 hours in advance. To ensure the highest quality from our butcher shop, we request 24 hours’ notice for most large orders. However, for “lunch heroics,” give us a call at 312-448-8288 and ask for a manager, and we will do our best to accommodate last-minute needs.
We have a $75 order minimum for catering deliveries.
We use a third party delivery company that charges a flat fee for delivery.
If the order is set to be delivered or picked up within the next 60 minutes, please call the store at 312-448-8288. If the order has been ordered for the future, you may email one of our catering specialists or attempt to change the order online.
Need to cancel? We understand that plans change and there is no charge for cancellations with at least 12 hours’ notice and for orders under $150.
Yes. You may apply for a house account which we can use for catering orders. We can also attach your house account to your Fifty/50 Group rewards club account.

Absolutely. Our Green Butcher salads and specific sandwich modifications allow us to cater to vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-sensitive guests without compromising on craft.
As of our opening date, we will not have gluten free bread available, but we do have many gluten free items.

Yes, you can use up to $1000 in Fatback Butcher or Fifty/50 Group gift cards to pay for your catering order. If you are ordering online, simply enter your gift card details at checkout. For large corporate orders placed directly with our catering team, just let your catering specialist know you’d like to apply a gift card balance to your invoice.
Yes, catering delivery requires a $75 minimum order. If your order is below this amount, you are always welcome to place a standard takeout order for pickup at our counter in the Loop.
Yes! As long as you are signed up as a Fifty/50 Group Rewards Member prior to your order date, you will earn 1 point for every dollar spent on the food and beverage subtotal. Please note that members can earn a maximum of 3,000 points on any single catering order or private event.
While you do earn points on large orders, Fifty/50 Group Reward Dollars cannot be redeemed as payment toward catering orders or private events. (Please note that any delivery or pickup order over $300 is classified as catering for rewards purposes). However, you can save those Reward Dollars and redeem them for standard food and beverage purchases on your next personal visit or at our other locations.
