Do you deliver to the entire Chicago Loop?

Yes. We provide dedicated delivery throughout the Chicago Loop and surrounding neighborhoods throughout Chicago. Delivery fees are based on the distance and order size.

We frequently deliver to offices near the Willis Tower, the Merchandise Mart, AON Center, and throughout the Wacker Drive corridor.

How much notice is needed to fulfill an order?

To ensure the highest quality from our butcher shop, we request 24 hours’ notice for most orders. However, for “lunch heroics,” give us a call at 312-448-8288 and ask for a manager, and we will do our best to accommodate last-minute needs.

What is the order minimum for delivery?

We have a $75 order minimum for catering deliveries.

What is the fee for catering delivery?

Delivery fees are based on the distance and order size.

How do I make changes to an existing order?

If the order is set to be delivered or picked up within the next 60 minutes, please call the store at 312-448-8288. If the order has been ordered for the future, you may email one of our catering specialists or attempt to change the order online.

What is your cancellation policy?

Need to cancel? We understand that plans change and there is no charge for cancellations with at least 12 hours’ notice and for orders under $150.

Can I set up a house account?

Yes. You may apply for a house account which we can use for catering orders. We can also attach your house account to your Fifty/50 Group rewards club account.

Are you able to accommodate special dietary needs and allergies?

Absolutely. Our Green Butcher salads and specific sandwich modifications allow us to cater to vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-sensitive guests without compromising on craft.

As of our opening date, we will not have gluten free bread available, but we do have many gluten free items.

Do you have GLP-1 friendly options?

Yes. Our Green Butcher salads and Rotisserie Chicken are designed for those following a GLP-1 companion diet, focusing on high-quality lean protein and fiber-rich greens.

We prioritize clean preparation methods. Our chicken is rotisserie-roasted, and we offer grilled or baked options instead of deep-frying to ensure easy digestion.

We can also serve dressings on the side, swap bread for extra greens, or omit heavy sauces to keep your meal balanced and light.
